“In making decisions as Crown Counsel/Senior Crown Counsel and as Permanent Secretary, Public Administration, I was always mindful to ensure that any decisions made were not for my personal benefit or the benefit of a chosen few persons, but that such decisions were for the benefit of Anguillians generally. I see no reason to change this manner of thinking in my new post as Deputy Governor. I will therefore attend to my duties in a manner which is intended to reap benefits for Anguillians generally.”
