LIME ANNOUNCES US $200,000 SPONSORSHIP OF 2010 CARIFTA GAMES
Caption: IT’S OFFICIAL- Jamaican sprinting sensation and LIME sponsored athlete, Asafa Powell, (left) signs as a witness to the contract between LIME, the Caribbean’s premier telecommunications company and the North America Central America & Caribbean Athletics Association, (NACAC) which makes LIME the presenting sponsor of the 2010 CARIFTA Games. The contracts were signed at a special ceremony held today in Kingston, Jamaica. Regional Vice President, Corporate Communications, Errol K. Miller (second left) and the President of NACAC, Mr. Teddy McCook (second right) signed on behalf of their respective organizations while Jamaica’s Minister of Youth, Sport & Culture, Ms. Olivia “Babsy” Grange was on hand to endorse the sponsorship.
