(The Valley, Anguilla) - Anguilla's Chief Minister, the Hon. Hubert Hughes is
presently in St. Kitts for a meeting with the Eastern Caribbean Central  Bank
(ECCB).  In the interim period The Governor has appointed the Hon. Edison Baird 
as Acting Chief Ministe.
