LIME To Upgrade Mobile Voicemail
(The Valley Anguilla, LIME Release) LIME is upgrading its Mobile Voicemail service to provide an even more dependable service.
The upgrade will take place between 11:00 p.m. on December 10 and 1:00 a.m. on December 11 2009. During the period of the upgrade customers will not experience any problems and voicemail will operate as normal.
After the upgrade has been completed, while the voice prompts may sound different, the content and options will remain the same. In addition, the retention time for messages will be seven days for post-paid customers and two days for prepaid.
Customers will need to dial #77 to retrieve any voicemail messages left before midnight on December 3rd. Customers will thereafter retrieve all messages using *123.
