Small to Medium Enterprises to benefit from Customer Serving initiatives from LIME
The Valley Anguilla, 9 February, 2010: Small to medium size enterprises (SMEs) continue to benefit from a more personal touch in service from leading telecommunications provider LIME.
LIME has pledged to promote a number of initiatives which focus on the SMEs market recognizing the important role that the SMEs play in driving the future growth and development of our currently challenged economies.
One such enhancement has been the introduction of a dedicated sales consultant Ms Vyonne Brooks, to serve the small to medium size businesses, an initiative which has been very successful since it was introduced last year.
Additionally, a team of ‘LIME Authorised Sales Partners’ has been deployed to work with the SME’s to ensure that all their communication needs are met and to provide guidance and advice on the best solutions for their businesses. These Sales Partners are Cell-tronics managed by Ms Orngel Battice Mathew, International Computer Systems and Solutions (ICSS) managed by Mr Gilbert Fleming and Management Resources Limited managed by Mr Clifton James.
The support being offered by the partners will assist the SME’s in achieving cost reductions, help with the overall improvement in operational efficiency and assist in creating revenue generating opportunities. Other areas of benefit will be visible through the ability to better serve customers, become more competitive, and replicate the feel of a much larger business.
A major advantage of access to a LIME Authorised Sales Partner is the elimination of the need to travel to the main office in Telecoms House to request service from LIME. The SME’s dedicated Sales Partner will always be available to provide personal consultations and ensure that the best solution is recommended to fulfill the required need.
LIME General Manager Mark Romney is thrilled about this new initiative to better serve the Small to medium enterprises. “We want to demonstrate just how much we are dedicated to better serving and supporting all of our small to medium sized businesses through out the region” said Romney.. He added, “This will provide a more personal touch to how we conduct business with this very important group in these crucial economic times, adding “that this will allow business owners the freedom to use their time more efficiently in focusing on revenue generation towards the continued success of their businesses”.
