Andy Otto, Convicted Murderer of Susan T. Galvin, 39, and Martha M. Alsup, 40, is DEAD.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that Andy Otto who more than twenty years ago, brutally killed two American psychotherapists, on the eastern end of Anguilla, is dead. Information reaching us, from reliable sources, say that an incident at sea on the weekend, resulted in Otto going overboard from the fishing vessel he was in and subsequently drowning.  An official cause of death has not been released.

Sources also say that in a strange twist of fate, his body washed up at the same end of the island where he had committed his heinous crime at the age of 17.

Otto had been out of jail for over a year, since a successful appeal against his life sentence, based on his age at the time of the murders.
