ANT Presents 2009 Youth Environmental Leadership Award to ALHCS Environmental Club Member

(The Valley, Anguilla) - Mr. Devon Carter, a fifth form student at the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School (ALHCS), was awarded the 2009 Youth Environmental Leadership Award at Speech Night, held on Thursday 10 December 2009. The award, created in 2006 and sponsored by the Anguilla National Trust, is presented to an ALHCS Environmental and Conservation Club member each year in recognition of their outstanding leadership, commitment, and contribution to the protection of Anguilla’s natural environment. This is Mr. Carter’s third Youth Environmental Leadership award.
