Christmas Promo - Winner Trasmine Simpson |
December 21, 2007: With only one winner in
week five of Cable & Wireless’ Christmas promotion, Ms
Trasmine Simpson of West End was feeling the blessings of
the season. Ms Simpson, who is employed at the Caribbean
Commercial Bank as a Senior Customer Service Representative,
came to the Cable & Wireless Sales Store to purchase a
BlackBerry Pearl on Tuesday 18 December 2007. With the
purchase of her Pearl, she received a scratch card, which,
after scratching, revealed that she had won a Motorola ROKR.
Ms Simpson, who is a soft-spoken young lady, admitted that
she was delighted with her good fortune, especially as it is
so close to Christmas. She said ‘I can’t recall ever winning
anything in my life before – wow! Thanks! Imagine, I came in
to buy and phone and won a phone!
With one more week of the ‘Everyone a Winner this Christmas’
promotion remaining, Cable & Wireless encourages anyone who
has not yet completed their Christmas shopping to visit
their Sales Store as soon as possible and take advantages of
the great offers available.

Background
Every time customers buy a phone, sign up for Internet or
Netspeak, or upgrade their package, they qualify to receive
a scratch card. Prizes include the new Wii gaming system
from Nintendo and the new video NANO Ipod from
