Bank of Anguilla Ltd today announces the launch of its 2008
annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. At a recent staff
meeting when announcing the customer survey to be conducted
for the second consecutive year, CEO of NBA, Mr. E Valentine
Banks stated that “we remain committed to giving the best
possible support to every NBA Customer” He further stated
emphasized “ we can only be sure we are working on the
things our customers value if we take the time to ask them-
and listen to what they say.”
In appreciation for customer feedback, participants in
the NBA survey will have the option of entering a drawing
for a first prize of a US$300 gift/restaurant certificate –
or one of four bill-paying coupons for US$100. In fact, NBA
Online Banking customers may have already noticed they can
give their feedback about NBA services when they have logged
into the website to check their balances or pay their Cable
& Wireless, Caribbean Cable, NBA credit cards or
ANGLEC bills since early last week – right from their own
computers.
Survey forms are being distributed by the Bank’s
employees along with confidential reply envelopes. The
survey is also accessible on the Bank’s website,
www.nba.ai
“This last year, we added new services and streamlined
others based on the previous survey results, such as The In
Lobby Deposit Drop Box,” said Ms. Marisa Gumbs, NBA’s Market
Research & Business Development Officer. “We hope customers
will participate again to tell us if their needs have
changed – and we hope even more customers will participate
this year for the first time. The survey results are
anonymous, so we urge NBA customers to share their opinions
to help us help every customer to realize their financial
goals, while giving them the things they want most from
their Bank.”
