The Valley, Anguilla - The ‘General Public’ is invited to
participate in the SECOND phase of a consultation process on
the Environmental Bills for the Department of Environment;
the Biodiversity and Heritage Conservation Act, Revised
National Trust Act, CITES Act and the Environmental
Protection Act. These bills reflect the latest thinking on
conservation and environmental protection and will put
Anguilla in the forefront of Caribbean countries seeking to
preserve the natural world and to protect Anguilla’s
environment.
The SECOND series of consultations will take place as
follows:
- Monday, December 8 at 6:30pm, West End Primary
School
- Tuesday, December 9 at 6:30pm, Teacher’s Resource
Centre
- Wednesday, December 10 at 6:30pm, Island Harbour
Primary School
All are encouraged to come out and make a contribution to
another aspect of Anguilla’s development.
