The Government of Anguilla has decided to establish a semi autonomous self sustaining Water Corporation to manage water supply on the island. The Water Corporation of Anguilla Act is in place and the Board is established.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the post of Human Resource & Administration Manager, of the new Corporation. The selected person should have at least a first degree from a recognized university in human resource management or business administration with emphasis on HRM. In addition, must have at least five years experience in a senior administration position. Experience in a utility is considered vital.

The appointment could be on contract for a period of two or three years, or on a regular employee basis.
